If need to save money you can do Salkantay trek unguided. Must do with friends but easy route to follow. Be careful of rock slides. Far cheaper and much more of an adventure. I camped by renting tent in Cusco but accomodation throughout en route that you can stay at for the night with dinner and breakfast included.
