Although it is apparently possibly to apply for visa on arrival with some companies, it is highly recommended that you do NOT. Most are scams and there is no way of telling which companies, if any, are reliable.
4 days before setting off we discovered this, learnt the hard way, so don't make the same mistake!
If in doubt don't google, go and ask a reliable source like Trail finders who will be able to give you an answer immediately at their visa desk.
