 The Cambodian islands of Koh Rong and Koh Rong Sanloem are really beautiful and mostly unspoilt. On Koh Rong 4K beach and Long beach are much nicer beaches than the one near Koh Toch village. Although there are no ATMs on either of the islands, on Koh Rong there is a place called the White Rose Guesthouse which is opposite the main pier, which does offer cash back with a 10% charge in case of emergency. 

Koh Rong Sanloem is the smaller of the two islands and is very unspoilt with limited guesthouses and restaurants. Watching the sunset from sunset beach is beautiful and worth the 30 min walk through the jungle to get to it from Saracen Bay, 

just make sure you leave early enough to get back as it gets dark very quickly in the jungle as it is dense
